Dollars for complete streets!

Just saw that the complete streets bill passed in an article over at MusclePowered!!  Here's a screen capture of part of it.  Click on the article to link over to the whole thing at Muscle Powered.  It's not perfect....we have to find $$ to get the DMV to change it's computers to implement the fee, but it's a step in the right direction!
